A: When we some one want our help to get a car.
1. ) We set an 1 on 1 consultation – This is when we get to know the client and get more info on what type of car the client is looking for and willing to pay.
We also would like to know which stage is the client is in far as buying power ( Credit History )
2.) Once we have had the full 1 on 1 consultation, and get the full understanding on what type of car the client wants. We start the search.
3.) We start the search with our contacts & relationships then once we find the right car with the right price. We call the client let them know that we found the car for the right price.
4.) Once the client agree with car we set up the client up with a car salesman for the test drive.
5.) Once the client take the test drive and decided to buy the car for the right price.
6.) Then the paper work starts..
As you can see this can be a steamless experience client didn't wast time looking around for an car which could take up to 6 to 10 hours to do if client gone to dealer to dealer. Sometime a sales will tell the client anything to get the to lot. Which is not good at all but it happens all the time.
